OUR STORY
From marketing to creative living
Kocrea began as a solo marketing consultancy back in early 2020, crafting compelling growth strategies for Hong Kong-based entrepreneurs and small businesses.
But consultancy was never the end goal. It was the first expression of a wider exploration:
How do we build life our own way?
For years, we carried that question through corporate work, travels and conversations with founders. Now, we explore it through media, co-creation and lived experience.
Creativity is one expression of that journey.
Not as output. As a health practice.
A way to reset the nervous system.
To gather.
To move.
To make sense of ambition.
The Living Room is the first physical chapter of that exploration. A multifunctional space in Wan Chai where ideas become alive through workshops, residencies, and weekly rhythms.
A meeting point between culture and craft. Between training and freeing the mind.
We built Kocrea as a living place for ideas, talent, and shared experiences — a stage for creative minds to think, gather, and create momentum.
Kocrea is a collaborative effort to approach entrepreneurship more naturally, as a path to living better and fuller lives. It’s the marriage of our appreciation for craftsmanship and our love for sharing knowledge with people.
And still, beneath it all, the question remains.
How do we live well? Everything we create is an attempt to find out.

Our collective is the foundation of the Living Room. It is a shared momentum that defines everything happening inside, from our workshops and residencies to our everyday conversations. We believe starting up should feel less lonely, and that momentum moves further when carried together.
Kocrea evolved through a genuine model of exchange, rooted in skill sharing, generosity and mutual growth. What began as an inner circle became a trusted collective of freelancers and entrepreneurs proving the power of a community-driven economy 🫶.
